At The Peacemaker Lobster & Crab Co., our catch is flown in daily to bring fresh coastal seafood to each of our locations.

Inspired by the Acadians of the Northeast and Gulf coasts, Chef Kevin Nashan offers playful new dishes like lobster frito pie and a buffalo crawfish poorboy alongside coastal classics like lobster rolls, steamers and boils, chowder, gumbo and seasonal pies. Our namesake Peacemaker poorboy dates back to the 1800s when husbands offered the fried oyster sandwich to their angry wives as a peace offering when coming home late.

Our raw bar features a rotating selection of fresh oysters from the Gulf and Atlantic Ocean, peel and eat shrimp and a crudo of the day. In our spacious bar area, sip on classic cocktails like the Dark & Stormy or Sazerac, along with spiked slushies. Rustic and nostalgic, our spaces are accented by vintage Americana décor, and our walls are lined with photographs of the fisherman and oystermen who supply our kitchen.
